At present, the financial conduct authority is preparing a robust and simple system for banks and finance providers to respond to claims relating to this vehicle finance scandal. The expectation is that this will be finalised by September. It is important that your claim is lodged immediately to ensure your claim is not subject to any Legal time restrictions.
